Barbera d'Asti DOCG 2021
100% Barbera grape
Aged 80% in stainless steel barrels, 15% in French oak barrels and 5% in American oak barrels.
Ruby red in color, slightly full-bodied, with strong acidity and berry fruitiness of raspberry, field berry and sour cherry.
Goes well with pasta dishes, grilled pork and poultry, meat baked in the oven and semi-hard cheeses.
Serve slightly chilled at 14-16 ºC.
Alcohol content 15.5%

Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG 2021
100% Barbera grape
Aged 20% in stainless steel barrels, 60% in French oak barrels and 20% in American oak barrels.
Ruby red in color, medium-bodied, with strong acidity and fruitiness of wild berry and sour cherry.
Light, elegant oak barrel notes can be felt in the aroma and taste.
Goes well with pasta dishes, cooked pork and poultry, medium cooked meat and hard cheeses.
Serve slightly chilled at 14-16 ºC.
Alcohol content 15.5%.

Monferrato Bianco DOC 2022
100% Arneis grape
Everything is aged in a stainless steel barrel.
Light yellow in color with a greenish undertone.
Fresh citrus fruits, apricot and peach can be felt in the aroma.
It goes well as an aperitif, as well as with seafood, grilled white fish and young soft cheeses.
Serve chilled at 6-8 ºC.
Alcohol content 13.5%.

Burello Winery is located in the heart of the famous Barbera d'Asti DOCG in the Piedmont region of Italy, where viticulture has been a part of the land's traditions and people's lives since time immemorial.
Costigliole d'Asti castle, where the Barbera consortium operates, is located just 2 km away. The vineyard is located on the southern hillside, so it is open to the sun from early morning to late evening. To make wine, we use grapes that come from a historic vineyard where vines were last planted in 1960. During the hand-harvesting process, we select only the best grapes from which our excellent wines are made.
